Course: launching of signal buoy
The signal buoy or DSMB should be part of every diver's equipment, in the OWD course you learned how to use the buoy on the surface.
In this course, we will teach you how to properly and safely launch a signal buoy from underwater without taking you to the surface.
Who can attend the course
minimum age 12 years
PADI OWD qualification or equivalent from another training system
good health
How it's going
Theory: Instructor's lecture, what types of DSMBs exist, what they are used for and when, how to use them correctly
Practice: 2 dives in which you will practice DSMB launches.
Course length: 1 day
